Jinkyoo “David” Lee

Mr. Jinkyoo “David” Lee is a graduate of Korea University College of Law (BA & MA) and University of Washington School of Law (LL.M & Ph.D). As a researcher, Mr. Lee focused on Comparative Civil Procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), especially mediation. He was admitted to New York State Bar Association in 2013.

At JK Law Group, Mr. Lee practices immigration law. Based on his own experience of being non-immigrant in the U.S, he could fully understand and help non-immigrants and immigrants with diverse immigration law issues and needs. Through his volunteer work, Mr. Lee has also been committed to serving members of the local community who cannot afford legal services. Mr. Lee is intent on expanding his immigration practice beyond business clients and hopes to serve the needs of domestic violence survivors and other alienated and marginalized non-immigrant and immigrant groups.
